if you wanted to be cool and smart... you would pair the positive displacement SC with a centrifugal SC, the roots would build boost at lower rpms, and the centrifugal then takes it up in the upper rpms.

Well that's it. My birthday is coming up and I'm going to let my old man buy me a baller TIG machine. Seeing this has inspired me to design and fabricate the single sickest set-up of all time on my 4G. Quad turbo. Yeah that's right NGA ya heard me right. Individual exhaust manifolds with 4 MHI TDO2 turbochargers. They'll have 4 individual downpipes and that will give me the added benefit of quad exhaust. Then I'll run them all into the single throttle body that huffs through the stock MAF that is translated by my stock ECU. No intercooler(s). It'll work because I say it will. Since I'm such a genius I'll probably add a nice twin I-DEI set-up.
