Re: Twin Supercharged Miata Build (56K Beware)
Well I started building the intake manifold and started running into problems. I cut my 4 primary pipes too short, so I gotta order more bends and try again. With school fast approaching it was obvious I wasn't gonna finish the SC's in time, so I had to remove them. Well, the exhaust side header is still there with the SC bracket built into it. I removed the direct port and put the stock intake manifold back on. (anyone wanna buy an Edelbrock direct port kit?)
I have been working on the car for a week though. Built an entire new wiring harness for the standalone MS2. No I didn't just say I'm running standalone. I built a new engine harness and all. New relays, wires, engine harness, etc, etc. Also built a 3" exhaust system with three 3" glasspacks and a Magnaflow muffler. Car is actually quieter than stock. :1 Pics in a few.
