maybe if it was made from schedule 40. I think schedule 10 is pretty small

It should still hold. These grades of stainless have tensile strengths of about 120,000psi.

There really is no need for an arguement. The manifold is being remade free of charge. I will post pics when I am done. I had problems getting flanges but I have them now. I will post pics this week.
