Nice to see you drop in once and a while Why not just try to fabricate your own custom designed lca, obviously you've got the tig welding and fabrication experience. Maybe something with 2 arms out of chromoly that attaches to the outside of the crossmember (that the lca bolts into). Could weld on reinforcement plating onto the crossmember to give it more strength and gusset the ---- out of the tubing for the lca. Almost like a lower a-arm design.

could you bore it for mechanical seals and put a grease fittings on the lca?

Sounds like inner bushing needs beef also, but as BLACKSI says... if other areas of the car are showing their *** the bushing is not what you worry about right now.

Just have to proload more. That was my problem. I broke a stage 5 DSS axle because i wasnt preloading..
