well everything is back together there was some binding but nothing that will affect a car going in a straght line wint my fat *** on the front crossmember jumping up and down theres at least 4" of travel probly more though.

shouda jacked up the rear end, set it where you wanted, and welded the lca right to the frmae.. hahahaha

with your luck i wouldnt be surprised. :P . maybe i should look into this. but for some reason both of them went out on my car at the same time. well one went out and fixed it than like a week later the other one went out.

would insertin spherical/heimjoint thingies work just as good or would they bind once loaded?

yes spherical heimjoints would work but it would not help keep the lca from twisting
