good ---- man! there is a mint 1979 cvcc for sale for $700, but i didn't want to get it for that reason

You can retrofit aftermarket parts for an old VW rabbit, but your options are very limited. I'm looking at modifying later model civic coilovers to fit.

How would you keep the suspension geometry the same?

Well, it's a McPherson strut, so as long as the total strut length from the chassis mounting point to the knuckle is the same, then nothing will change.

And in case you couldn't tell, the new header is loud as hell.

I seen one of those cars local, the guy wants $1000.00; has 65k on the car and looks mint. But the only things that scare me are. 1) Changing it to 4 by 100, 2) the brakes, 3) wiring, 4) coper fuel lines, 5) suspension. After that it looks like cake . BTW how much does the car weight?
