This swap was done on DA integra spindles. This swap is very simple to do if you can get a local machine shop to do the machine work for you and it shouldn't take them longer than an hour to do it.

First find some '96 Accord Wagon calipers or similar and modify the caliper bracket where it mounts to the spindle by shaving the mounting surface down flush with the rest of the bracket. You will be removing about .1" of material. These calipers will be rebuilt after this process.

Next, pickup some '92-'95 Prelude 11.1" 114x4 rotors and re-drill them for 100x4 to fit the smaller bolt pattern. I chose to line up the existing bolt pattern straight on the table with some .5" dowel pins and then drill the new pattern through the existing holes so as to not add any new holes.

To do this, you need to use an endmill, a drill will wander and create an improper hole.

From the center of the rotor you will need to move to 35.355mm in each direction for each new hole.

You shouldn't run DA spindles on ED chassis, not unless you have an entire EF front clip to take front/rear crossmembers and LCAs from, as they are designed for a different geometry.

You can get static alignment correct running DA spindles on an ED, but dynamic gets stupid. No big deal for a drag car that doesn't corner, but if you like to sling curves pack it in.

Running the same setup. I love them except I need to get the DB2 brake booster and master cylinder swapped in. I am running the 89-91 Prelude 15/16" master right now which seems to work fairly well, but the 1" master with the bigger booster should be even better.

I ran the DA front knuckles for a while and I noticed that the car seemed to understeer quite a bit. Granted this was after the B swap, but the fact remains that I didn't understeer that badly until the swap and the DA knuckles. Now I am running the EX front knuckles with the JK traction bars, The DB2 23 mm. front sway bar with poly bushings at the sway bar and the LCAs. I took it out to play a little this weekend and much to my surprise that little bastard bites pretty damn hard under corner exit acceleration. I don't really know whether it is a combination of things or mostly just the corrected geometry with the front knuckles but I likey the results.

Next up is heim joints on the stock 15 mm. bar on the rear.

You can buy 282mm x 23mm discs in a 4 x 100 If you look hard enough :6

for what price though?

i'm about to do that setup, i got the prelude vtec calipers, with a 23t bracket
i think i am still gonna have to grind the braket, or ad a hub-centric spacer for like 3mm
