Basically the same as my 3.1 but I don't have USB Power supply. Kinda a pain with in car tuning, but it works and bought it locally.

 

i bought my willem type programmer from www.mcumall.com for an excellent price.

but i have a question, regarding the Jumper wire, I've programmed a few hondata roms and they all worked fine without the use of the jumper wire, what is it for?

 

obviously you guys not using the jumper wire are using a different version of the software that doesn't require it (more than likely 097ja), this write up was based on the 097g software, which is what i prefer to use

 

great write up. actually makes me think i am capable of burning my own chips. now all i have to do is figure out what the fuel settings in uber mean . damn my vafc was so much easier

 

i dont think they mean anything, they're just a given value to be modified. for reference, i've heard with 450cc injectors 10% is roughly 1 point A/F. u can change them to injector duty cycle or lambda if u want...

 

yeah but i just think it would be so much easier to understand all the numbers if i could see the results like with the vafc. so i should get a burner.
is it the lower number is leaner and the higher richer?

Just out of curiosity, why do the switches look backwards? Like 1 to 12 on the board but 12 to 1 on screen?
