Default v-afc help tuning!

Guys I have v-afc on my stock d15b2 engine (non-vtec) I still have no turbo on it, but I may be dropping it next week, I sready configured the v-afc for my engine, but how is the thing to tune with it? What would be the settings for a turbo and also what would be good settings for an all-motor to run a little bit rich.

help!
