TurboED9 pretty much covered it all.

However, I would like to clarify on the Xtronic's ROMulator... it's supposed to be a decent unit, I just loathe their glitchy Pocket Programmer chip burner. They foisted that thing off on the market for three years before they got around to fixing it. You won't find a better deal on a chip burner than Batronix... as far as a ROMulator or EPROM emulator goes, Xtronic's product may or may not be the best bang for the buck - I have no firsthand experience with it.

Heh, most people don't normally catch the ED/EF part. Oh well.. maybe one day when I'm overpaid and underworked I'll own an EF..

You need bigger injectors with it.

 

no i was refering to electronics changes... just uberteg software and a S-afc is all i'd need to modify the electronics?

 

if your getting uberteg's software, you don't need an afc, however if you are getting just the chip, you may want an afc to fine tune, but it would be cheaper just to get uberteg's software and a chip burner, so no, all you need is uberteg, i'll sell you an afc for cheap though if you really want one
