Default are these vafc settings about right?

I got a 99 civic ex w/ a 01 turbocharged gsr. I have the dsm blue top 450's and a walboro 255 intank pump and a vafc. I have a precision 60 trim t3/t4 turbo as well(10psi). I am having a problem w/ my car bogging out when i set the vafc at -20 and when it is at -35 it feel like it is leaning out. i tried a few numbers in between but i cant get it right. my settings are:
wot 1k-4k= -40; 5k-9k=-35
nt 1k-4k= -40; 5k-9k=-35
throttle=lo 10%; 35%hi
vtec=5000 and 4800
(that one setting) +3 and +3

Some people told me to put my fmu back on and just run a smaller disc in the fmu. Should that fix my problem or am i doing something wrong?

Well for one thing.. you need to change your Lo and Hi throttle cut-ins to be consistent. Cause right now you have a gap when your throttle is 11% to 34%, where the AFC isn't doing any correction and your 450cc injectors are flooding the ---- out of your engine(Would explain your bogging and probably VERY bad gas mileage). 11%-34% throttle is usually what you cruise at so you definiately want to have that range covered. And since your AFC settings are the same for both Lo and Hi throttle, just set them as Lo 34% and Hi 35% or any other crossover point you want to use, it really doesn't matter, just make them consistent. You may also want to try going richer than -40 and -35, those just seem alittle lean for 10psi.
And no, don't put your FMU back on. Good Luck.
