Default 14b Turbo & DSM 440's VAFC Settings? ? ?

What's up everyone . . . . my friend suggested to me to post my setup on this forum, and see what you all had to say VAFC settings since everyone here is use to the 14b setup. Here's what i'm running

92 Civic EX 4 Door
D16z6 (Stock Internals)
14b mitsu Turbo
255lph Walbro Fuel Pump
DSM 440's
3" Downpipe
HF Manifold
Front Mount Intercooler
VAFC Hack

can anyone with a similar setup please post up their fuel settings for the VAFC so that I can get my car to run/idle properly so that I can make it to get tuned.

I am also having a couple of piping problems. It seems as if the guy I got the kit from failed to tell me that he DID NOT have power steering so since the cold side of the turbo is on the driver side the pipe that runs from the turbo down where the windshield wiper fluid resivor use to be is hitting my PS fluid resivor and causing a little bit of a problem. I'll post up 2 pics for you to see . . . any suggestions are welcome!

as you can see towards the right hand side of the corner the pipe running up barely clears the hood when it closes and it pushes the PS resivor into a pulley which would not be good.

All I have is pipe # 4 & pipe # 5 left to work with . . . someone please help! ! !
