Is it possible to turbo an engine with throttle body infection?

Anything special I gotta do with TBI to run boost? This isn't a Honda. I'm building a Nissan Z24i engine.

If it's qualified EFI then I'd imagine you'd want some kind of fuel multiplier, but honestly I wouldn't push too hard on a dual injection system.

Then again what the hell do I know about Nissans.
