widebody, if you want to hear Hondata's side of the story, you can read some of the proposed settlements that are linkined in "the long story." Most of them include a "statement of events" that we both agree to. Minus the infringement of IP rights blah blah blah me do bad stuff blah blah blah parts, the factual record between what I have posted and what they ask me to agree to is remarkably similar.
