No just going to put a new assembly in as a preventive maint along with the Circuit Worx gear.

I've given Dave his props and I respect him for what some of the things he's done, actually alot of them. I never did ever say that Dave was not a great tuner. Not once along with Leed,"just for you BDVT 
" But Billy and Blake are the two best in my area. And I have not had any issues or heard any complaints.
I Pm'd BDVT and told him why and what I'm doing for what reasons. So no shame here

I spoke with Derek Stevens of Hondata yesterday. I was not able to get a clear statement of what Hondata were looking for from me. I was not able to make any significant headway towards resolving this matter without litigation. There was no willingness to discuss how to resolve the matter at hand - I was simply directed to Hondata's council, Mr. Yesnick. When I called today, I was told that no one was interested in talking to me.
Mr. Yesnick is unavailable to discuss this matter until tomorrow. I feel compelled to do everything I can to resolve this matter through discussion. This seems to be the last stop before litigation is unavoidable. Wish me luck.

I still don't understand where they believe they have grounds for this suit. Since when is a forum's TOS not legal? Since when is not removing something within 48 hours not fast enough? Since when is Hondata someone who can make any sort of legal request and be taken seriously? I just don't understand it.
