My thoughts exactly, they didn't make ---- but a modification to an existing product. So you aren't allowed to open souce design a different modification to the same product? ---- that. I'll throw a couple bucks once I get some equipment shipped, I'm too far in dept at the moment.

I always figured they were firing shots over your head trying to intimidate you into shutting the site down. Although I've never seen or used any hondata product I can say for sure I won't be selling any of them. I think the honda market will be happy to see an alternate k-series reflash once development has been completed.

Sorry to hear about the suit.

I will definitely throw some cash into the fund once I have some to spare.

PGMFI and all the developers over there have been an invaluable resource for me and countless others in the Honda community.

As the word of this lawsuit ------s, I hope the Hondata realizes that they are just shooting themselves in the foot in the long run.
