Default safc settings confused???!?!

i read the faq and it says this obviously but there are low and high settings is this for bothh ?
1000 - 40%
1500 - 40%
2000 - 39%
3000 - 38%
4000 - 37%
--- VTEC set to 4400 RPMs ---
5000 - 35%
6000 - 34%
7000 - 34%
8000 - 34%

I'm looking for the correct settings for my 01 accord too using Vafc2. But i found this and i'll try it tomorrow and figured just like to share it with you.

Get a wideband ideally, I had some 450's that only needed 20% taking out at idle
