on a speed density EFI system changing the fuel value by adjusting the map signal will change the timing value you should be at indirectly. theres no way around this with an AFC with or without the "hack" its just how it wirls with an AFC and speed density. if you want actuall control of fuel and timing independant of each other you NEED to look into chipping via hondata/uberdata/chrome or a full standalone like AEM.

What is your setup, and what do you have against chipping? We can advise, and it would probably be cheaper to go chipped than buy a BTM (which does nothing you think it does).
i dont wanna chip cos it costs about 500 euro thats abour 570$ so ---- THAT
if i do a little change on my setup i need a new chip made on the dyno and thats another 570 bucks $$ ::@

570 is enough to buy a second ecu, soldering irons, wideband, chip burner, and do it yourself.
