right at 5500rpm no matter what you do with fuel uh?

Is it reading a little lean, or reading full lean and the engine sounds like it's breaking up? You could be getting a misfire that's going to read lean no matter what cause when a cyl doesn't fire there is a cyl worth of unburned air throwing off the wideband.

Put a gage on the fuel rail. You could have a restriction in the fuel system somewhere. I fucked and used the wrong fuel line when I swapped to a b16 and I had a huge restriction where the fuel line bolted to the rail. Didn't matter what I did to the map I drained the rail.

Is something fucked up mechanically or electronically with vtec?
Sounds odd that it happens right at 5500 no matter what like you're switching maps but the motor isn't or something stupid like that.

No, it just looks like that because one clip broke off a bit (still sitting firmly though). All blue 450's.

Note: I only have 1 resistor (instead of 4) hooked up to the 4 wires comming from the injectors (see above right corner, with black electrical tape). Don't tell me that can be the reason it's leaning out..?

The resistor... Run one resistor per injector or a box.

Btw, oil line on the manifold is not a good idea. You know how hot a manifold is don't you?

.

Yeah I understand, but what does the "lack of resistance" has to do with injectors not functioning properly in higher rpm's?

Teg2Boo: Yeah I know, any other suggestions?

Ohms law. Google it.

You will eventually kill your ecu if you leave it that way.
