Default Help.. AFC not reading pressure?

Hey my afc is running at -700+ pressure, and never increases.. With the car on it runs rich as hell and jerks very hard at around 400-500 rpm black smoke like crazy. Running very rich and throws a CEL. This means the afc isnt getting connection to my map right? Well all my wiring is correct, just redid it AGAIN and double checked all the wiring pins, and everything seems good all wired to Apex's instructions. Help me. :\

AFC is brand spankin new. Settings are perfect 06 in 06 out for pressure. It seems like its not getting signal from map because the corrections are not taking place, as well as vac readings. When the boost/vac gauge is reading vacuum. But in the sensor check I see the 2.8 volts from the Map sensor line. So I dont know. =( I really need help.

Make sure you connect the white wire of the AFC to the MAP sensor signal output and the yellow wire to the ECU MAP sensor signal input.
