Default fuel injector problems

i got a h22 in a 95 civic hatchback i connected the wire harness got good spark and compression, but no gas. All wires appear to be connected rite, but when i turn the key in the ignition i get the motor to turn over but no start because no gas thru the injectors. Any advice appreciated!

the fuel pump is working with no problems, it delivers gas 2 the fuel rail but the injectors are not spitting no gas into the chambers. its like they are not getting any electric power from the ignition. i had the motor working originally with the same harness, but now the injectors are getting no juice. cant figure it out...

using GS-R injectors, had somebody come and check out the car said it was one of 3 things... injectors, computer, or timing... power is getting to the injectors but they dont give gas, he fixed the timing, and going to try a different ecu(have a obd-1 chipped out computer... still dont know
