Ok changed the protocol still nothing. Any other ideas? The bin could be a mugan chip bin then opened on crome. Could this cause a problem.

Doubt you have a Mugen chip, more like eBay Hooligan.

When you open the eBay'd Hooligan .bin on Crome it will tell you the code base, and most of the modifiers that have been applied to the .bin. Make sure datalogging has been added. If you are stuck on running the Hooligan maps then you can copy that ---- over to a Crome base and go from there, as some of that eBay shitware is ------- wierd.

LOL. Ya its a long and strange story. I will just copy and past or just start out fresh with crome. Ya it probably is a ebay crud .bin
