My car does the same thing but at ~5000 and only when warm. I have no idea why. I need to fix the cel codes its throwin first to figure it out. Its throwing IAT and CTS so that probbly has somthing to do with it.

 

get rid of all the ---- you don't need on the car. repeat. i had this problem with an older toyota about 5 years ago, prev owner pulled the radio and clipped part of the emissions harness and the choke would not open after it warmed up (electric) and would run like ---- after 5-10mins

 

silly question, but did you check the timing belt? could have jumped.

 

checked it! Its fine. Im going to try to post a vid of what it is doing tonight! So maybe that will help!

whats the gap set on your plugs?

Had a very similar problem once. It was plug gap. Looks like you tried everything else.
