Re:bogging and stalling?
I have the same problem right now. In my case it's the fuel. I'm running super rich at idle and leaning out up top. It gets jerky when I try to take off easy. I just try to punch it everytime I take off now.

Re:bogging and stalling?
I'm using a custom chip right now. I'm trying to tune it with an AFC, but it only works to a point. I'm waiting for a burner.
It's probably not too good on your motor, but at low rpm and low load it's probably not going to blow your motor up anytime soon. I would try and get it fixed though. What are you using for fuel management?

Re:bogging and stalling?
This potentially could also be the retarded timing, your engine has to take an extra set of revolutions to 'catch up' with itself. This should especially be worse when the engine is being run on a cold start.
