Default 1 short then 17 short whats up with my CEL?! (TE PM6)

Hey guys, I drive a OBD-0 CRX with a chipped PM6 using TurboEdit, it's currently throwing a check engline and when I look at the light, it's 1 short then 17 short. I think there's something fishy going on because I thought it was only supposed to do nine shorts and then after that it will make a long flash to represent 10 short ones....

The car starts to bog once it's hot and it usually happens when I decelerate while in gear.

Nope...OBD0 does all shorts.

CEL 1 = 02 sensor

I forget what 17 is...

Well, it would make sense if my VSS sensor wasn't working because I have no speedo cable right now .... but It's a PM6, do Si's even have VSS? Would an exhaust leak cause that 02 sensor to throw the code

Si do have a VSS

And yes, an exhaust leak would def cause O2 codes pretty commonly.

VSS in OBD0 is located in the gauge cluster.. OBD1 has the VSS on the tranny..
