Default map sensor check valves/ vacuum lines

i recently read a honda tuning, its an older one, they turbo charged an older crx, i had a question if anyone has had any experience with check valves between the map sensor and the manifold, he used 4, and i know that it helps air bleed out not in, is this just for more more constant boost, or is this just a safe route for saving your turbo. please help ASAP, Thanks, Joe.

check valves just prevent ECU from seeing boost and throwing a CEL.

FOr the price you pay for the check valves and t's and vacuum tubing. Just buy a missing link. Plus you won't have to worry about those cheasy lil plastic tubes breaking and it looks better. Hey you gotta start somewhere. It pulled that issue from my archieves for a friend who's gonna boost his car.

? to the last comment. I paid less than $5 for 8 feet of hose, 2 check valves, and two t's. Missing links are upwards of $50. These look fine, and are no more vounerable than the hose itself.
