Serious? That's nuts. I could afford like 7 mortgages. Too bad I couldn't buy a few houses and rent them out. Chances are nobody would pay a cracka *** cracka rent.

thats true. in my area you would see houses that are being taxed for 100k but when they sell they go for way more, but it seems the county is catching up. within the last year or so they are about right within 10-20k of actual value.

my mom has both our houses up for sale for 100k...

buy for 100k fix up for 30k

rent ouit one of the houses... its 2 story 2 family attic and basement for prolly 600 a month rent.. each one so 1200 a month and thats your mortgage payment
