I'm selling my brand new, still in the box DKS 272's (www.ffwdconnection.com) cams and Brian Crower springs/titainum retainer set.

Asking $500 for both, $320 for just the cams, or $180 for just the spring/retainer set. Shipping included. I'll consider lower offers within reason, but keep in mind I just bought this stuff, haven't even opened it to look at it.

I also have Ferrea valve seals for intake and exhaust, and all OEM top end gaskets. Make an offer if you need that stuff too.

I'll put up pictures if anyone wants them.

Yep...you guessed it. These grinds mirror the HKS 272/272 combination. This combination has been used for years in some of the fastest DSMs on the planet.

DKS 2 Camshaft Specs:

INTAKE:
-Max Valve Lift: .397"
-Duration @ .050": 192 crank degrees
-Centerline: 102 degrees

EXHAUST:
-Max Valve Lift: .379"
-Duration @ .050": 192 crank degrees
-Centerline: 102 degrees

Note: The specs above were taken directly from the cam itself using Cam Analyzer v3.2 software...not an estimation of "what it should be" like HKS prints in their spec sheet. Keep in mind that the numbers represented above are at .050" tappet lift...not 1mm like HKS uses. Changing the tappet lift number will affect certain criteria such as duration and valve events. We use real, "more-friendly" usable numbers when measuring this stuff. Not "advertised" duration or fluffed figures. Compare smartly!

Note: There will be a $40.00 core charge applied automatically by our racecart. This is a refundable charge once we receive your GOOD cam cores within 15 days of invoice date. What are good cores? No scratched/scored/rust pitted journals, fractures of any kind, and no heavy grooves at the cam seal area. Rusty lobes are "OK" but not pitted.

 

Or you could just run Evo8 cams and flip them around intake to the exhaust and exhaust to the intake for a cheap upgrade on non Evo 4G63's. Yes they work. The stock forged Evo pistons also work on 2G rods or gettting the 1G rods machined just like installing 2G pistons onto 1G rods. Why am I saying this...I don't know...does anyone care...mostly likely not...this is HMT so cheap oem upgrades is all we're about. If I had the cash I'd take those cams though.
