Which company makes cams, vavle springs & retainers for D16A6???
the title says it all
i need valve springs...retainers and a camshaft...i want stage 1 for a d16a6 head. i only see support for sohc vtec heads and non for non-vtec...any company make them?

I know that Gude (Bullfrog) makes cams for the D16a6 because i was going to buy one before turbo setup. Springs and retainers, ..i dont know about that?! Just get a port and polish head job, and buy a nice cam from Gude. I know someone who put a cam in his d16a and it felt as if that car had Vtec!! It pulled pretty niced for being N/A.

where are you located crx88?? Elevation really makes a difference on 1/4 mile times. Here in el paso, tx we are along the mountains so the elevation i higher...we run slower over here. If i were to go to cali i would get 1 full sec. off my et. You would probably run a 16 over here!

well i just called gude and they want 295 w/ exchange for the cam...this thing better be worth it...and they can get me an enlarged throttle body to 57.1mm for 295 w/exchange also....what do you all think...im thinking about talking to a local shop about using the gude specs on the cam and have them go at it. and also with the throttle body too. thats if there is one around here that will do the cam.
