New axle boot installed VIBRATION NOW
Well when I went to ORP I busted a Axle boot somewhere on the way home early in the trip.
I called D.S.S. and orderd a new boot kit for the driver side inner CV and I installed it myself.

"Been through 4 boots on same driver side inner CV in 4 years" I average one per year because of the angle of the shaft.

And here is looking through the wheel

Now after I got it taken apart spun the bearings and they spun with out any restriction"via flat spot or heat locked" I put it all back together and I went for a drive. Well my lil **** under load/WOT vibrates like a mo fo. Not that it's just the solid rear mount vibration, but in the steering WHEEL itself I have it bad. Even the Roll Cage humms from it.
Anyone "JAREBEAR OR XENO" that has the H22 in a Hatch have axle issues yet.
Going to call DDS tomorrow since it ------- LABOR DAY and order another gease and band kit along with 6 bearings.
---- this ---- better get here by friday.

what are you for the left (driver)?
If you are using 90-93 integra cv-shaft then you'll keep having problems.
just read this: http://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=650329
yeah I know honda-tech but they do some helpful info.
but overall they still suck

Thinking about making a modification to my driver side mount to move the motor back further toward the engine bay. I have enough adjustment for the passender mount and the read mount to do so I think.
The Stage 3.9 and 5.9 have a nifty little freeze plug that seal the inside of the joint from the shaft. They are great for falling out and creating rotational noise or vibrations, so look closely.
will look. Thanks for a pointer. You were mentioned a couple of times tonight. You need to head up here again and hang out. Possible that you may change your attitude towards my former drunken self post hoeizm
