I planning to boost my car, and just wondering if its better to boost with a high compression ratio or low compression ratio...right now I just got a stock d16a6 with a vtec head laying around..?? Is it best to use the vtec head or just keep it non vtec?? Also what head gasket to use a6, z6, or the y8 Any help would be appreciated thanks.

 

just keep everything stock, and run 20psi......youll be fine
