Like the title says....just got my first home......small but decent, and it is only 8 miles from work.....saves me about $500 o fgas a month...Its better than renting of course
and got a garage to work on finally....






again not a big house, but houses here in central florida have reached almost Cali prices, you can't find anything for less than $250k......

I found this thing for $113k.....Couple getting divorced, to the point that they hate each other and the husband refused to come into the conference room to sign the papers, he stayed in another room. It's worth more like $175k with a few little fixes. Like grass/sod some cleaning and paint, etc, etc. I will be doing lots of crap to it.


now go ahead and start hating....

 

113k wouldnt buy you a crack house in oakland, my house is 2bd 1 bath with a garge nad it would sell for 375 to 450 and its not even in that great of an area

Good job man, nothing like owning your owb place and finally getting a garage. My house here in Seattle is a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom and it ran me $265K.

Congratulations though man, I'm living in an apartment and would love my own place and GARAGE. Bitch at the office bitches every time we're working on the car, threatens to tow it and ----. Well guess what, an engine swap and turbo install will be done in the ------ parkin lot.

The garage isn't large, but the back yard looks like a canopy and some tools is all you'll need to get an install going. Oh yeah, power wash that roof, son!!!!

 

fuggin nice man. i cant wait to purchase a home that I can call my own.
