that house in socal is gonna be at least 450k more if you make it pretty. good deal. You should ship the house to socal, plant it somewhere and collect the $$$ :P
I want a house, but it's too unrealistic right now. My parent's mortgage a month is almost 4 grand, and no they don't live in the rich part of town, it's only like a 35oo square foot house. It's just an okay normal type house.

Well if your way ghetto and move out to the high desert,bakersfield or some parts of the 909,951 that house is less than 300k even 200k in bakersfield

My cousin lives in Murietta and has a BALLER *** house, comparable to that ---- in Huntington beach and ---- for like 400k. That ---- made me want to buy one out there, extra close to pechanga too

Yeah, I'm pretty happy with it. I already purchased some annual flower plants for the front, got new red mulch in the garage, ready to ------. Also looking for a good deal on sod to redo the front. That alone would attract people, and bump the price a bit.
Also have paint and a few upgrades to do. I'm going to have to setup a HomeMadeHouseUpgrades.com. I'll post up my work as I go.
