Yeah man, same style houses around here are selling for $200-$225k, up there it is a little cheaper, but they are still selling for $175+...The couple was just getting the divorce and did not want to do anything to the house, clean, paint, nothing, so I come out good. Well I gotta go over there now, moving the last few things, and buying some little things. I also have to get the water under my name...
hahahhaa, actually my father is telling me to go ahead an close the front with one of those white plastic fences.....not going to happen....

Good luck man, and get ready to start paying. But spending money on the home is satifying IMO. Problem with mine is, with work/business/hobbies I don't have timeto work on it. The wife is getting pissy over that!!!!

I received good new yesterday, there is cable service and cable internet. So I went to their offices and the last couple had not disconnected their service, so I didn't have to pay installation or anything, the guy just handed me a new HDTV DVR box, remotes HD Cables, plus the modem and install packages for everything....Awesome......the only problem now is the cell phone and no signal. I mean 200 south, I have signal nothing around the house.
I might have to check that signal amp I found, but $250 sounds pricey.
