What are my options?

Is there anything i can do? In his description and in his email he sent me, he said if i put up $205 he would end the auction... he did not and now someone else won this. What can i do? Or am i screwed?

So he lied to you, not a whole lot you can do. You're not out anything, be thankful you didn't send him any money and then have it go higher.

haha he was trying to get u to bid the auction up higher, there is absolutely nothing you can do other then spend nowhere near that much and chip your ECU yourself.
