I see alot of you guys just use Radiator hose's istead of steel/aluminium. My question is how do you know which ones work the best ? I mean do you guys just goto a parts store and ask to see all the radiator hose's and pick the best one out by eye or what ? Is there any special one off a car that alot of people us and works great ? Thanks and also car make and model of hose would help me if you do always use certain ones. Thanks again.

Does anyone know which radiator hose would fit
and IHI RHB5 off a Subaru XT, and an Audi 5000 Intercooler with stock tanks on the other side?
ANy help would be appreciated

 

I know alot of people will usually use maybe the DSM rubber piping or maybe from a Starion. I personally have used radiator hose for couplings but never for charge piping. And I have no idea on part # or make/model.

 

some people (not me) work in shops and have a box/pile of radiator hoses they rummage threw till they find one that fits, or comes close...

 

Thanks.., yea I work at a shop to but I don't really have a box that has all that stuff so I guess I may just have to goto a parts store and have them look at me like I'm crazy for why I need the hose's and find the best ones. This is of course if I need to.
