Default do i need teflon?

Hey do i need teflon for the fittings that goes onto the turbo? I am using Earl's fitting. So do i need any teflon so oil dont comes out of the turbo?

use the white stuff. wrap it the right way or else its useless

But wont the teflon melt due to the extreme heat?

it may melt, but the seal will still be formed, it's not like it's going to melt and evaporate
