Default Known Good ECU Not Working In Another Car

My friend has a 92 accord that is getting tuned via Uberdata, but we are having some trouble and need some help:

My chipped p28 ECU Runs fine in my car, put it in his car and it toss's a solid CEL Light, and the car bogs bad with the 450's. He does have his safc hooked up, but we tried zero-ing it out, and we tried disconnectiing the harness that runs to the actual SAFC and the car still runs like crap.

What could it be that is making both ecu's (his chipped and my chipped ecu) run like crap?

My car is tuned by me, so my p28 works, but when burning a different map for his car it just doesn't seem right.

When the stock ecu for the accord goes back in the car starts up fine with the stock ecu and safc.

HELP!

you can't disconnect the safc, it has the map signal going through it. you HAVE to leave it connected, or short the MAP wires in the SAFC harness. without that, the ecu will not see pressure signal. other than that, just double check the wiring, make sure pinouts are the same.
