Com port problems with uber help!

Default Com port problems with uber help!

ok I just intalled the data loging cable in my ecu and have the usb conversion on it. when I go to start data loging I can't becuase uber only has up to 4 com ports and I need 6,7,8 any of those will work is there a way to change the com port address on my laptop or is there a way to change it in uber. I have a 05 hp with 3 usb ports any ideas would be awesome. I also need to know this cause i will be installing a ostrich next week and if I can get my usb stuff worked out i am screwed! HELP!

p.s I know either 6,7,8 work cause they do on ecu control

go to device manager and force them where they need to be.

thanks got it to work but my next question is why would I be getting werid rpm signals that jump actually they are all doing that not one reads correctly the afr will shoot from 9 to 19 in half a sec with me doing nothing it really acts werid could i have something configured wrong?
