Default Starting problems w/ uber (running really rich)

Here some info d16y7 w/ y8 intake mani, 3 to 2 wire iacv conversion, 450cc dsm inj. w/ resistor box, and uber 1.7. I just got everything wired up so I go ahead and started it. It wouldn't start. I had to give it about half throttle for it to start. Once it got started a huge puff of black smoke can out and I was obviously running rich. If i let off the throttle the car will sputter and die. If I hold the throttle open a little it'll be idling irractically. Cycling up and down 500rpm's really fast. I'm not sure what it is, my 450cc inj. wiring, the inj box wiring, or my bin. If anyone of you guys heard of symptoms like these please let me know. I'm gonna upload the bin. i'm using so you guys can check it out. I'm uploading it as a txt file becuase this forum doesn't allow bin. uploads. All you have to do is change it back to a bin. file.

yup changed the setting from 240's to 450's. Changed all the enrichments. I sounded so bad I wouldn't really want to warm it up. Doesn't seem like it'll help.

i'm having the same problem, When it starts up its supper rich even if I take fuel out, after it warms up its idleing at a steady 14.5-15 a/f, but until then it's 10-11 a/f, which means if I turn off the car with in the first 1-4 mins, my engine is flooded and won't start again for 1/2 hr.

I just got my car uberdata tuned and I get the same problem. Gotta give it gas when I start it and let it warm up. A lot of smoke comes out when im starting it. After its warmed up its fine. Sounds like a race car when I first start it up. Anyone have a solution to this?
