Did anybody see the new sport compact car, they've been doing a write up on the honda insight drag car of Bisi's. I was expecting the usual dohc vtec that most guys run in that class, than as I started reading and I got a pleasent surprise, he's running a f22a1, with an h22a crank, and 17 to 1 compression putting down341.6hp and 247.6lb trq. at the wheels and thats with no vtec.

 

ya hes had a similar build in his crx for over 2 years just a new chassis

I got the f22a1 in my accord I hope the t25 I just bought with the dsm mani will flow enough and if not I don't care I'll upgrade eventually.

 

Bisi has always run a single cam. :P

 

this isn't really news, as was stated before, he's had that setup in a crx forever.

Ya he did I think. I thought he had a pretty cool setup. What was it? 350hp. nice enough. He's using a 88 integra tansaxle though. I thought that was pretty cool

 

Yeah I was getting all excited when I saw the tranny thinking I could run it, then I saw he had to have a custom adapter plate made, screw that.
