Default Turbo clocking

tried a search, came up with almost nothing. I'm wondering if a turbo with an internal wastegate/actuator can be clocked/rotated for installation purposes? And if so, how do you clock it and still have the wastegate actuator line up with the exhaust housing?

sorry, noob to turbos.
Any help appreciated.

You can clock it. You have to remove the bracket and install it on the closest set of bolts. It works fine.
