wats better for a 13s daily driver crx?

i was just curious of what would be better for a say 13sec daily driven crx?
a ported hf manifold or an actual turbo manifold (motor is a dual cam zc)

You probably wont have a problem with 13s with the HF manifold if you use a decent sized turbo.

you would be better off by getting a differnet manifold.

hf has small runners and doesn't exactly flow the best
