turbo spits out the air right back

Default turbo spits out the air right back

i think i have a problem. when i rev it and then let go of the gas the air comes right back out of the intake side of my turbo adn also comes out of the blow off valve. Im just curious if thats normal.

the air should just be release out of the BOV, make sure ur clamps are tight

that would be compressor surge. check to make sure your bov is adjusted at its softest setting and the vac line going to it is good with no leaks or anything. it must be to a vac source, not a boost source. if your bov is opening, i dont see why you should be compressor surging, but like i said, just make sure the bov is at its softest setting.
