i think i have a problem. when i rev it and then let go of the gas the air comes right back out of the intake side of my turbo adn also comes out of the blow off valve. Im just curious if thats normal.

I think thats normal, its just air that is still built up inside the charge pipes, althought a blow off valve should eliminate most of the pressurised air.

 

get a bigger blow off
