Default Rebuilding turbonetics T3/T4 HELP!

Hello, I'm new here but I've heard about HomeMadeTurbo plenty of times. I'm also quite active over at Honda-Tech.com where I have my build log. I am now going for an FI setup and found my turbo.

94 Accord EX Build Thread - Honda-Tech

Anyways onto my question. I picked up this Turbonetics T3/T4 turbo from a local guy for $175.00, it had a little shaft play but in all was in great condition. I marked the compressor wheel to the shaft and completely disassembled the turbo finding an older-style ball/journal bearing CHRA. From what I've found out they stopped making this turbo about eight years ago, and estimating this one is about 10-12 years old.

A normal T3/T4 rebuild kit won't work on this turbo. The thrust plate, etc WILL, but the main bearings won't making my job finding the journal bearing (turbine half) stupid difficult. The ball bearing is within spec with MINIMAL play and according to TheBoostLab the ball bearings rarely ever wore out on this model turbo. They also said they can't sell the ONE bearing to the public and I would have to send it in for a $380.00 rebuild; no way.

Anyways, does anyone have any insight on how in the heck I can find this one bearing? I was debating having my girlfriends dad make me one, he works for Graco which is a fairly prestigious metal shop making paint sprayers, pressure washers, etc.. I would just be worried about the tolerances, considering the only measurements I have are the mainshaft and this worn out bearing which is obviously way off.

Thanks, hope I can be of some help here.
