I have a t3 .63/.60 that I got a new center cartridge for. I put my compressor housing on it no problem, but I can't get the exhaust housing off my old turbo. I took the bolts out but it won't let go.. do the wheels have to come off?

use a hammer ad bang it evenly from side to side
it will let go eventually

sometimes it takes some hard hits

 

Yup, spray it generously in PB blaster or something and tap it with the hammer. It will eventually break loose.

 

I tapped it with a hammer and it came off. All rebuilt now, thanks guys.
