Default Looking for some turbo rebuilding help

This is a T3 out of a saab I believe, So I ripped the whole thing appart and cleaned it reall well sprayed it with some high temp paint and it is looking real good...This is my first time rebuilding one and I was real careful with everything, so i get a rebuild kit off of ebay and it includes everything put the new snap rings in (the inner one on the hot side was a real bitch) and then oil up the bearings real good and drop them in and then I try to put the turbine shaft back in and it won't fit through the new bearings, i figure it should be tight but these won't fit at all, is there a secret or ami missing something or did the guy just send me the wrong bearings...looking for some advice with someone who has done this, i have 2 different t3 and a t3/t4 and all the turbine shafts wouldn't fit...I am at work now but i will try and post some pictures later, thanks in advance...Matt

the bearings might be wrong. usually you have to check with the seller to make sure the rebuild kit is applicable. bearings alone should be around 10 bucks.
