Default b16a swap....which axles do i use

im thinking about doing a b16a swap in a 2nd gen crx. my question is, can i use the stock axles that came with the crx for the swap. or should i just get the complete change over package from hmotors.com?

there are many awnsers to this. the short anwser is 90-93 Integra axles. but you should do some research: http://www.hasport.com/...

agreed. if u have the money. install the motor and tranny and get axles MADE by somewhere like raxles or the driveshaftshop or something like that.

but other wise.. 90-93 teg axles.

or if you're lucky like me you get a genuine SiR motor with transmission and you get to do some custom axles (I got mine from raxles)

do a google search for "truth about axles" and click on the hasport page that comes up, it's got some good information. If you have some money check what transmission comes with the motor and then call up raxles and they'll get you some axles that fit very nicely.

they work fine cuz you have an Integra (XSi, LS, GS, whatever there the same) intermide shaft. the SiR shaft is a different legnth (shorter) and if you use the teg axles they can pop out or just break so much easier... its all explained on Hasports website...
