I Got My Tial In Today And Im Putting It On My Mani. But Before I Do I Need To Know What Way The Valve Seal Goes In, I Made A Diagram Showing The Way I Think It Goes In "The Smaller Diameter Part Goes Into The Valve Side"

i put it in the way that its illustrated and the valve seal isnt flush with the flange is it supposed to be flush or not, this is what its looks like now

 

when you bolt it down it will press up into the bottom of the wastegate flange. well the valve will push up (there is just spring tension pushing down on the valve, bolting it down will push it up)

 

ok so i just set it in put the gasket on and it came with a spacer which i need right
